Why not the dealer
Dealers do good work at dealer prices, with a service advisor between you and the person holding the wrench. Here you talk to the mechanic who works on the car, and he texts you photos of what he finds. We use OEM or equal-quality parts, tell you what is urgent and what can wait, and call before doing anything beyond what you approved.
Keeping your warranty
Routine maintenance at an independent shop does not void a factory warranty. Keep your receipts. We list fluids, part numbers and mileage on every invoice so the record is there if you ever need it.
Common questions
Do you work on non-German cars?
German cars are what we know best and most of what we see. Call us about anything else and we will tell you honestly if we are the right shop.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, call ahead. We are a busy shop and want your car on the lift when you arrive, not sitting in the lot.
Will independent service void my warranty?
No. Federal law protects your right to have maintenance done anywhere, as long as the correct parts and fluids are used and you keep records.
